Yes. A DualSense or Xbox controller works for every action: R2 toots, L2 aims, △ swaps to the sniper and ✕ jumps.
It's cartoon toilet humour: babies toot green gas and puke green goo. Parents can decide if that suits their family.
Toot Tots is a free browser game where every player is a baby in a diaper with a fart gun. You see the world through your baby's eyes and run around a daycare or a pillow fort tooting the other babies. It plays like a party shooter with the danger swapped for silliness: clouds of green gas, squeaky sound effects, babies who cry when they get hit and a puke-cam that shows who got you.
Each match lasts 3, 5 or 8 minutes, and you set how many babies play, from 2 up to 10. Bots fill every spot no person takes, so you can start a full match on your own. There are three kinds of bots: Dumb ones aim best, Dumbest ones aim worst.
Toot Tots is built on one rule. The first hit turns a baby red and queasy. A red baby moves a little slower and has to find one of the flying potties that drop in around the map, sit for a while and then fly off. Standing on a potty for just over a second flushes you back to normal. Get hit again before you flush and you puke, and the baby who hit you scores a point.
That rule turns every fight into a chase. Red babies run for potties, everyone else hunts red babies, and the potties keep moving so nobody can camp next to one. A Stink Sniper headshot or a point-blank Bean Pump blast skips the red step and pukes a baby at once. A puking baby's spray also counts as a hit, so a crowd can end in a chain of pukes.
Before every match you get 10 seconds to pick your baby. Big Burt carries the Whoopee Bazooka, a lobbed cloud that splashes a whole group. Lil' Beans has the Bean Pump, a shotgun that wins up close. Sneaky Sue fires the Triple Toot, a three-shot burst for mid range. Rudy Toot sprays the Brrrap Gatling until it jams. Every baby also carries the Stink Sniper for long shots.
Movement is half the game. You can sprint, crouch, jump, fart-jump a second time in the air, and butt-jet dash across the floor. Snacks on yellow rings give power-ups like the Rocket Diaper for unlimited fart-jumps or the Warm Bottle that cures red. The weapons and movement guide has every number.
Every Baby For Themself is a free-for-all race to 5, 7 or 10 pukes. Team Diaper puts Team Bottle against Team Binky, and every puke counts for your team. Capture the Flag plays on Pillow Fort Showdown, where each team guards a flag with a diaper on it and tries to steal the other.
You can play solo against bots, add up to four players on one computer in split screen with PS5 or Xbox controllers, or play online. Online, the host gets a 6-digit code and friends type it in to join, up to 10 babies per game. Friends who join while a match is running take over a bot. There is no account to make. Toot Tots runs on computers only.
